A: A state-of-the-art practice management system, including software upgrades are provided for your practice. Functional capabilities include scheduling, patient and insurance tracking, transaction and aging reports, and off-site daily backup of the computer system so you will never lose appointment schedules or payment information. You can access information from home or the office, via secure internet connection.

Q: How would you receive the information needed to do my billing?
A:  We can retrieve information by mail or pick-up from your office (local clients only)

Q: If Medical Billing Professionals handles all the billing, where do my patients call if they have billing questions?
A: Patients are given a toll free number to call Medical Billing Professionals for billing concerns.
Q: What about my patient’s confidentiality?
A: All information that comes into Medical Billing Professionals is handled with the strictest confidentiality.
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We charge on a percentage per claim basis, and/or a flat fee basis, depending on your preferences and practice needs.
Q: How often do you invoice us?
A: We can invoice you on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, the choice is yours.
